Introduction to Project
The project of building two villas on the site Mikulina Luke – Vela Luka – Island Korcula includes urbanized land in poorly built bay provided for construction of family and holiday houses, across the island Osjak in Vela Luka bay, with panoramic views of the town of Vela Luka, the orientation of S-SE.
Land for construction of the house is a dominant location on top of the access road, fronted by 26m and 64m depth. The total area is 1690 m2 plot. The planned subdivision (which was prepared for study) for two particles with a usable area of​approximately 870 and 750 m2.
The property owner is a company Portobello d.o.o. from Zagreb. The designer contest is the architect Mr. George Romic with extensive international experience in the design of exterior and interior (Austria, Russia and Ukraine).
Macro location and micro location of the project
The island of Korcula is one of the jewels of the Mediterranean, historically known by Marco Polo and the mild climate, with most sunny days a year on the Adriatic. Korcula Island is located only 100 km from Split and Dubrovnik airport, connected by ferry and fast catamaran connections with the mainland and the peninsula Peljesac. Vela Luka on the SW side of the island of Korcula, and Mikulina Luka is located at only 4 km from the city center, in a beautiful natural environment that guarantees the same time and privacy to visitors and all the benefits of proximity to the town of Vela Luka or Korcula (on east island side), wine-growing peninsula Peljesac nearby and world top destination of Dubrovnik.
