The lower plot laid construction planning is a luxury 3-bedroom villas with the working title “Marcelina” budgetary area of approximately 250 m2 with all facilities (indoor and outdoor terraces, garages for 2 cars and outside parking places, outdoor pool, etc). The villa is embedded in the environment, and original construction (design in accordance with local tradition, covering natural stone, terracota tiles cover, stone gutters, etc.).

Total projected gross cost of building the “turnkey” for both the building with support facilities is estimated between € 575.000 and € 700.000.
